Funny Pics of Peoplr Trying to Avoid Boobs
GONE are the days when you can simply stand there and smile for the camera when taking a picture.
Thanks to Instagram, people are always on a quest for the perfect snap and will stop at nothing to get it.
And this sometimes means adopting one of the bizarre trendy poses that seem to have swept social media.
So have you ever tried the bambi pose or glitter boobs? Here's our round-up of the most ridiculous....
Finger mouthing
Forget the duck pout or belfie, there is one usual photography stance sweeping Instagram - and it isn't as rude as it sounds.
Finger mouthing just involves provocatively dangling your fingers in front of your mouth.
Popular with the selfie-loving Kardashian-Jenner clan – Kylie, Kendall, Kim and Khloe have all been seen giving it a go – the likes of Lily Allen and Bella Hadid have also stood in this seductive way.
The pose is said to appear "careless" and "off guard" and is perfect for anybody wanting to show off their manicure.
Glitter boobs
Festival-goers are always keen to record their experiences on Instagram and one of the biggest trends recently has been glitter boobs.
It is a beauty trend which sees women covering their breasts in sparkly paint, multi-coloured gems and nipple tassles.
Also dubbed "disco t*ts", the brave look is really taking off and was hugely popular at Glastonbury 2017 - partly thanks to the unusually nice weather.
Ever since, the look has taken social media by storm, with hundreds of women proudly baring their jewel-encrusted breasts.
Hip dips
Women had previously spent years trying to hide the indents on their hips with many saying they felt ashamed of them.
But earlier this year, people started taking to Instagram to celebrate their so-called "hip dips".
They are a naturally occurring feature when women have an inward curve below the hips and above the thighs.
And a flurry of pictures showing off the feature were posted online using the hashtag #hipdips.
Bambi pose
In a fad that struck a chord with Disney fans, people on holiday had a new way of showing off their bikinis by using the "Bambi pose".
It essentially sees you kneel down on the floor - with your thighs over your calves - just like a cute baby deer.
From here, there are lots of options. You can lean back, put a hand on your hip, stretch up in the air... the sky's the limit, as long as you look like Bambi.
Made in Chelsea stars Lucy Watson and Louise Thompson are fans of the trend - as is model Bella Hadid.
Watermelon dress
This trend gives a new meaning to juicy couture as it sees people pose to look as though they are wearing a dress of watermelon.
People are cutting the red fruit into the shape of a summery outfit and placing it strategically in front of their bodies.
Instagram fans hold slices of the fruit in front of a camera to create the illusion.
Naked selfies
These days when people go on holiday, we are used to seeing them post an endless stream of pictures from their travels.
But some Brits have been making their holiday snaps really stand out by baring all at famous beauty spots.
The images are then uploaded to an Instagram account dedicated to "making the world happier through butts".
Page Cheeky Exploits regularly shares photos of people showing their butts around the world in places like Paris, Brazil and Australia.
Now people have started to strip off in public at some of Britain's best known places.
Thigh brows
Gone are the days when celebs starved themselves to avoid the accidental skin rolls which most women naturally have when stripping down to a bikini.
In a new trend championed by Kylie Jenner, the thigh brow trend sees creases form near the crotch.
A league of plus-sized models such as Iskra Lawrence, curvy celebs like the Kardashians, and reality stars including Love Island's Olivia Buckland are leading the thigh brow trend.
The name stemmed from social media users, who reckon the rolls look exactly like an eyebrow.
Some people think the trend is positive, because it promotes a healthy - rather than overly skinny - body image.
